Irony: the man who wanted to "take money out of politics" can't earn any money for his campaign.

After the McCain-Feingold legislation you referred to along with the many times he has betrayed conservative interests in order to be "the maverick," as labeled by his former friends in the media, he wasn't even a contender. Then just a few weeks ago with the immigration stuff he finished himself off, putting the political gun to his head and pulling the political trigger.

I can't say I'm disappointed (or surprised).
